What your first day in the panel looks like

A wizard takes you through three steps, then a first-steps list suggests the rest.

Property details: name, address and phone, which appear on booking confirmations
Room types: nightly price and capacity
Rooms: a range of numbers for each floor
Team: invitations by email, with the role of owner, manager or staff

What to prepare before you start

None of this stops you creating an account. Without it you just cannot switch on that particular module.

Website bookings: the text of your booking terms
Visitor fee: the new municipal resolution, the payer's tax number, the tax authority's name and address
KT-1: your REGON number and type of property
Invoices: a Fakturownia account connected to KSeF, an API token and VAT rates from your accountant
Calendars: iCal addresses from your portals

You load data from your old program as a CSV file

You load rooms, guests and future bookings from a CSV file or paste them from a spreadsheet, and the panel checks every row before saving. The import itself sends guests no email. Bookings from a paper diary you type in by hand: on the room chart, a double click on a room's row creates a booking from that day. The panel rejects dates that clash. If your full season is in a paper diary, it is best to start outside the peak.

Guest data

The guest data you enter belongs to your property: you are the controller and the Atrium provider is the processor, under the data processing terms in our terms of service (art. 28 GDPR). The panel stores no document numbers and no scans.

Export one guest's data when they ask for a copy
Removing a guest's data: amounts in reports and fee register entries stay, and elsewhere the name changes to Anonim

How to leave

In settings the owner downloads a JSON file with all the property's data, without writing to us. After that they can delete the property: this removes rooms, bookings, guests and history and cannot be undone, which is why the panel asks you to type its name. Not paying on its own deletes nothing: the property goes read-only.

We build a panel and do not give tax advice. This site quotes the law, but someone else decides your case.
